At this point in time I don’t envisage a slowing down of land sales in the Toowoomba Region in particular with the high number of enquiries continuing to come in for Land Man Estates.

However I can see a future supply and demand conundrum emerge for land in our region which may drive up prices. We need Toowoomba Region Council to open up more land to meet demand, but that’s another issue!

The Land Man team is here to make your new home journey one to remember for all the right reasons.

How can we help?
