When you have chosen your home plan and block of land, we can then go to contract on the block of land, and you can sign the build contract with your builder of choice.
You can then present both contracts to your bank or broker, and they can put the two together as one package, therefore simply applying for one loan to cover the cost of the home and land.
This process is not a one fits all process, as we tailor every situation to suit the person(s) we are dealing with, to ensure the process is as stress-free and enjoyable as possible!
