From the wow in Wyreema to the marvellous at Meringandan West, 2021 has been an incredible year for families securing land to build new homes in the Land Man Estates.
But the year is not over yet by any stretch of the imagination with interest in our Toowoomba Region Estates continuing to come in.
A number of the current residential developments are close to joining the list of the Estates we’ve sold out in 2021. In fact Karara Gardens and Santana Park Estates may join that list within the next fortnight.
Replacing these Toowoomba Region Estates will be new opportunities. In early 2022 we will be releasing a number of new Estates in the Toowoomba Region.
